      Pros

      Lenovo has presence in almost 60 countries worldwide so there is good opportunity for global experience. The performance-based bonus program rewards employees based on individual performance and company performance.

      Cons

      Work/life balance is very difficult because of the global nature....expect very long hours if you're on a global team.
