      - decent very competitive base salary. - you don't need to be that good, to stand out as a strong performer. - products are generally of high quality.

      Cons

      - Poor benefits. - Management - My manager was a micro-managing, niggly, unbalanced nightmare. - Systems and processes are shocking. - Passive Aggressive culture rife. - Drab and inconvenient office location. - brand name not that well known.
