      The pay is o.k.

      Cons

      This place seems like it is going down in flames on the data center side. Complete unrealistic quotas with a scream at you and threaten your job attitude. Even if you hit your quota it's not good enough, they want 6 months of forecasting and it has to be accurate or your gone. Bad misleading culture.

      Company is very slow to change. Executive leadership does not care about employee work-life balance at all. Was routinely expected to be on calls as early as 6AM and as late as midnight on the same day. When I raised concerns about sustainability, I was put on a PIP
