The pressure on employees is unbelievable. Worse, employees are treated as if they are simply bodies that can easily be replaced. Sales people, in particular, are pushed to the breaking point and often spoken to with no respect and embarrassed in front of their peers. Not much to admire in the management ranks, getting those positions is mostly political. Managers are not typically leaders or motivational, instead they like to instill fear with frequent threats.
