- sr managers have a very negative mindset. they will not remember the good work but will definitely latch on to one work which was missed.
- tooooooooo much meetings. I became a ppt specialist.....
- extremely trade focused.
- 80% time is spent on strategy & 20% on execution. It should be the other way round.
- When a strategy is made, be patient & wait for it to yield results. Dont panic at the first sign of less sales.
- NO WORK LIFE BALANCE. In the first 6 months of my joining, i would have rarely enjoyed a Sunday (leave alone a saturday). Worse your SLM expected such long hours.
