Pros

Reasonable pay relative to marketplace. Chance to work for a company with a rich history in the PC space. Also generally thought to have the best notebook product in the commercial marketplace. Many of the people you work with in sales are top notch. Great place to learn selling if you are from another technical field (IT, engineering, etc...). Great deal of responsibility given to account reps to manage their assigned customer set/territory. Thus if you want a degree of independence this may be a good company to work in account management(at least in that respect). Rest of company really revolves around sales force - which is as it should be!

Cons

Poor operational performance hampers company's ability to truly grow and steal share from competitors.

Pros

Great culture and teams, management is always very supportive and they want to help you grow in your career and make sure you never lose alone

Cons

None that I can think of that wouldn't be any different from challenges from similar companies in the current environment

Pros

Good pay, interesting projects to work on, good colleagues

Cons

A person's experience greatly impacted by the leadership his/her team is under. Generally, there's a solid culture in spite of high demands. The wrong leadership chain create toxicity that even great pay and bonuses can't overcome
