      Pros

      high energy, fast pace company. excellent employee discount on the best products in the industry. company gym on site. professional coworkers with wealth of knowledge. unique company culture. well positioned to become No1 PC company SOON.

      Cons

      Lenovo is lean to the point of breaking - you'll be overloaded and then some. Few promotions and raises are given, most go to employees in China. Steady move of important jobs to China. Depending on where you land, you may or may not have good work life balance.

      Absolutely love my team, people, culture, and work events. Genuinely I can't think of any cons. 3 days in-person, 2 days remote. Best work life balance ever, and great pay. Even intern benefits are amazing

      Company is very slow to change. Executive leadership does not care about employee work-life balance at all. Was routinely expected to be on calls as early as 6AM and as late as midnight on the same day. When I raised concerns about sustainability, I was put on a PIP
