      A good place to Learn about Chinese culture. Company supports Work life balance. Very popular and well known company in China.

      Cons

      Bereaucratic and unfair pay for performance within certain function/dept. Employees not treated with respect by some senior management members ie. VP.

      Company is very slow to change. Executive leadership does not care about employee work-life balance at all. Was routinely expected to be on calls as early as 6AM and as late as midnight on the same day. When I raised concerns about sustainability, I was put on a PIP
