They pay you - not much else to say.

There is no love in this company. They are out to make money and nothing more. You, as an employee, are nothing more than a number. Don't expect to be allowed holiday when you want, they will manipulate any request you make and do everything in their power to deny you. There is no opportunity for career progression. They expect everything and give nothing. If you are hard working and don't want a warm, friendly work atmosphere then this is the right company, otherwise avoid at all costs.

May be possible to work from home

Constant stress and all for a low salary. You also have to out up with a lot of (unfair) criticism of your work. Deadlines are often unrealistic.
