Pros
My co-workers are all really nice people. The company would occasionally buy lunches and do events, so that was nice.
Cons
They pay was great the first year but I actually made 30% less money by the 2nd. I was told our pay would always be capped at a certain amount. Turnover rate in this position is high. 4 employees quit within a one year span simply because they hated the job. You have to call, email and text hundreds of leads a day and you are being monitored. Every text message and appointment is being tracked by software and you are constantly being micromanaged. You didn't send enough text messages last week? You get to have a meeting with management about how you're bringing the team down. They throw you to the wolves and then get upset when you need help. The manager I worked with got us on a teams call and talked about how we have to be babysat like children. Who would want to work a job like this?
