      Pros

      Looks good on a resume, as they used to be Fortune 500. They've come a long way. But I learned quite a lot and was allowed to run my department independently.

      Cons

      Too much false cameraderie at Lennar. Some managers were totally random in their hiring and promotion decisions and once you were designated "a star" you were basically given free reign.

      you will have a flexible schedule most of the year.

      Cons

      It is difficult to trust the people you work with, as they are incentivised to get you to sign off on things, whether they are done or not.

      Supportive Management Great Coworkers Solid Benefits Package Career Opportunity

      Cons

      Constant change - good in principal but executed chaotically. Management is Supportive, but true supportive action takes a lot of time and effort to realize. Career opportunities are plentiful but hard to make a reality. Very little backfill for departing associates. Stresses remaining associates.
