Pros

Easy to commute to work as zone 1 Central London HQ. Lots of good places to eat nearby. Low to mid staff generally good natured

Cons

So many to list; No career progression/KPIs, no bonus structure, majority of staff totally unmotivated in both HQ and branches, HR absolutely terrible - teaching people to use Excel is the height of their training program. No investment in online proposition whatsoever; they prefer to pump money into white elephant 'Flagship' stores; root and branch restructure needed. Management do not know how to motivate at all; most seniors only interested in seeing out contracts and getting pension. Those staff that have ideas for improvement are put in their place and discouraged.

Pros

You get full benefits with the company if you want. Insurance and vacation. And you can learn how to deal with all type of customer. Company pays break time

Cons

The only reason why I gave this company 2 stars is because it allowed me to get experience in that field cash handling and sales. Schedule changes without notice and the manager can call you on Tuesday at 10 pm to inform you that you have to come to work next day at 6 am. Management have absolutely no respect for employees. If you need a specific day off for a personal reason you have to explain what is the pesonal reason(literally the whole reason why you need that day off even when it’s one of your 2 days that you have off in a week it’s not like you are requesting a personal pay day besides those 2. The schedule is send to employees one day before it start( Saturday afternoon sometimes you don’t know if you have to work on Sunday at 5 am) Manager call you or text you in your day off to ask you some questions that can wait until next day that you are working. I mean you shouldn’t be bothered in your day off.
