      Lendmark Financial offers a generous holiday and vacation package. A great place to meet very nice people and being able to help them in their time of need.

      Lendmark shows favoritism to their employees. If you're not in the circle than your opinion or your issues did not count.

      Paid well. Close with local offices

      Cons

      No work life balance. Expectations are changed and increased at any given moment. Lots of late nights and weekends. Stressful environment. Sr management makes promises and it's not carried down.
