      Some of the people you work with are nice.

      Cons

      Management always wants more than they give. It's like high school. If you don't suck up, you will not get ahead. They change policies to ensure you aren't paid correctly in collections. Really greedy company. No work life balance.

      Paid well. Close with local offices

      Cons

      No work life balance. Expectations are changed and increased at any given moment. Lots of late nights and weekends. Stressful environment. Sr management makes promises and it's not carried down.
