      Pros

      It’s very easy to fit in and become part of the team, if you like variety it’s got it in spades.

      Cons

      Often described as fast paced, read disorganised and lacking planning. Things happen and plans change but a company that needs to work later and misses deadlines, hasn’t planned ahead.

      Small team, plenty of room for implementation of new ideas and processes, great culture everyone is very welcoming.

      A lot of time spent doing manual tasks which could be automated to save a significant amount of time.
