Pros

Compensation and lead structure are the best I've seen out there. Commission structure is transparent, You always know exactly what your paycheck will be. Plus, there is zero self-sourcing required, on-site gym, barber, salon and much more.

Cons

The pressure is no joke. 100% a performance based environment, so if you aren't self-motivated or can't handle the stress of hitting volume, you'll burn out fast. Closing week at the end of the month is always busy.
