      -Supportive leadership and management - Benefits such as healthcare and PTO. - Empathy and understanding from leadership. -Flexibility. -Team mentality. Everyone is really nice. -Two different counseling teams that specialize in different areas.

      Cons

      The pay could be better, but it seems to pay more than other non profits in the DFW area.
