The company gives competitive commissions to those who do minimal work.

Cons

Terrible management, negative employees, low salary, over time and extra hours not compensated, limited training, biased against employees, intrusive, unstructured, horrible chain of command and they reward the laziest and least working employees with the most money and bonuses.

1. There is a high level of professionalism here and the staff are good at teaching/mentoring on ways to increase your level of professionalism. 2. Speaking on mentorship; this dealer promotes and encourages staff in dependability, teamwork, and problem solving. 3. The dealer group has outstanding methods of celebrating individual successes in all departments through either specialized dinners, award ceremonies, and trips to select locations.

Cons

Wish the dealer was closer to home.
