Pros

The work is interesting, giving me opportunities to solve different kinds of problems. The team is smart and collaborative. No excessive oversight -- management trusts engineers to make decisions. There's good communication between teams and opportunities to learn new tools and improve your technical skills. The pay and benefits are pretty good.

Cons

Sometimes there's too much testing to do.

Pros

Absolutely nothing. Note: the positive reviews here are pushed by the CEO to bury the real reviews which are all negative. There's no pros about Lemonlight.

Cons

If you care about your mental health it's important to know that this is the most toxic work environment you will ever subject yourself to. The company underperforms, over spends without strategy, and projects their own faults onto employees with extreme toxic behavior that will always be aknowledged but pushed under the rug. You will never make your OTE. Everything is biased here. You either have to party on extreme toxic level and be ok with with what happened at their events or you will get treated like garbage. The CEO has no clue what she's doing and lets her team down year over year. Their tech is vibe coded garage that no one wants and they just throw out anything as a wet noodle to hope it sticks. Crews are underpaid CP's are over worked and miserable And the quality of the work is almost mid at best.
