Pros
Lemonade makes a lot of us feel accepted and free to be ourselves. They know the the importance of a healthy work culture and I feel that is the main thing that keeps people happy the most. CX Leads are so amazing! They really connect with us and are on our sides when we speak to them about things that's on our minds.
Cons
There is a lot of favoritism and lack of accountability in Senior Management. They make you feel like they want to hear us but then they make decisions that don't benefit us at all. They create their own rules. Less qualified people are always given opportunities and promotions. Some without having to interview. They also overpromise a lot of things so we end up disappointed and they never address it and just move on to the next thing.
