A bully system, do as I say autocratic leadership style and full of nepotism rather than true leaders. The negative Nigerian culture at workplace lives there. Full of sudden changes. Customer or staff feedback means nothing to them. Truly an overhyped brand for customers and staff as competing brands offer better rates and treat staff better. Expect unrealistic expectations and too many sudden changes everyday. The Marketing department and others are headed by incompetent people.
