      Pros

      The community is very good at supporting you with client work. Regardless of timezones, it feels like there is almost always someone there to answer questions and help out. Onboarding was pretty simple overall. You get a wide variety of projects to work on. It usually doesn't take too long for them to present new projects to you.

      Cons

      Not a "con" really, but I've always been an FTE up til now so there are "contractor" things I've had to get used to like not having PTO, no health benefits, and having to report my hours weekly. So this isn't a "Lemon" thing, but a "contractor" thing.

      Pros

      Everything was smooth from registration to job application, relatively good positions, but there's also very niche jobs as well.

      Cons

      Can take some time to find a job thats relevant to your experience

      You get to work with client with amazing ideas and passionate about it, the communication is top notch and thier always trying to make sure you succeed

      Sometimes waiting for a client can be challenging
