Belgrade branch of the company is completely Balkanized, of course, with salaries not exceeding 500 euros for higher rank positions. The selection process is long, tedious and disorganized. The management and employees are beyond mediocre with knowledge of foreign languages. Relationship between the management and employees resemble a dysfunctional father-son relationship rather than a professional one. Good luck doing business with them.
