The people are lovely. It’s a good fun, sociable culture to be part of. Holidays are quite good. Private healthcare.

Pay is low and progression non existent. Biggest con is management. They have let everyone down by making many people redundant, several times over without any shakeup of the senior team. And they seem to have no new business strategy or any ideas to increase revenue. Outdated and overwhelmingly male team, they undervalue digital and social and live in a daydream of advertising past.
