Pros

- The company is developing products that help save lives - The company cares about employees with training and development opportunities and lots of efforts around diversity and inclusion - It's a global company with many interactions with colleagues across the globe - I feel like there is recognition of a job well done and not only through salary, but the opportunity to get credit for work being delivered, which was not always the case in past companies - They're open to flexible ways of working - The opportunity to develop yourself, if you put in the work, it will pay off

Cons

- time zone differences make it difficult to keep to "regular" business hours

Pros

This is a great company with a very clear value proposition. The work genuinely matters, and you can really make a difference through what you do every day. There’s a strong sense of purpose, and it’s easy to see how individual contributions connect to the bigger picture. The people are another major strength. Talented, collaborative, and genuinely supportive colleagues make this a great environment to do meaningful work. It’s also a place where you can truly be yourself—differences are respected, and authenticity is valued. For those who are genuinely committed and willing to put in the effort, there are real career opportunities and room to grow. Overall, it’s a rewarding place where strong values, impactful work, and great people come together.

Cons
