      Pros

      Freedom to take decisions and manage your own time and responsibilities. Out of the rest big corporations I've working with, this one was the most administratively organized which I consider as a big plus.

      Changes of management (entities) which means changes in benefits, style of work, environment

      Very nice company, no overtime, very open about letting you network and experience what different fields do.

      Cons

      Kinda slow at times, you might not always have work to do as an intern.
