None, except for an understanding boss because of whom I could stick to the organisation.(I was lucky)
Cons
Lot of politics, Deep differentiation between parent company employees & other sister concerns(acquired company's staff). HR is non-existent. Resigning & relieving process is hell a lot difficult and one needs to prepare atleast 6 months in advance, then also there is no surety that you will be relieved on the assured date.
