Pros

The ability to work from home

Cons

Management style is absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional. Constantly talks negatively about other employees so you know they will talk about you the same way. Very rude and unprofessional. Training for new hires is unorganized, all over the place, no structure. I was told by the head of the sales department that he was here to help and make sure I was successful, yet I was hesitant to ask questions because I was constantly over talked, could never get a full sentence out when speaking to him. He was extremely rude and told me to figure it out because he didn't have time to address the question I was asking for. The vibe of the company culture wasn't friendly at all. The CEO constantly threatens employees over slack regarding their job security. No freedom as a sales professional to tailor correspondence to your personal style, everything is nit picked over. Even though it is a work from home environment, the management made it a very poor work experience. I worked here for 2 months quit. What does that tell you? I was hired as an SDR but was forced to wear multiple hats and also act as an AE doing demos for 50 plus commission. I have done BDR work for years and have made close to 6 figures. There is no way I was going to wear multiple hats for a base salary of only 50K with someone of my years of experience. I made 60K base at my previous position and was required to do way less. Pay people what they are worth and you will get a better caliber of employee. AE's make 6 figures and the base is usually at least 65k. This is not a start up. They have been around long enough to have better processes in place.

Pros

Flexible work schedule, and fully remote work is a plus! I've had a good experience in my time with LegiStorm, and look forward to seeing the company continue to grow. Very generous benefits.

Cons

Not all internal systems are organized, but this is something management is currently improving.

Pros

It’s remote, but that’s it.

Cons

High turnover and flawed evaluation process This is a high-turnover environment with a very low tolerance for ramp time. New hires are expected to perform almost immediately, and decisions about capability are made far too early to be meaningful. In my experience, evaluation begins while you are still learning the system, which leads to premature and low-quality judgments. The process lacks structure. There is no clear separation between training and evaluation, no defined improvement window, and no consistent feedback loop that allows someone to correct mistakes and demonstrate progress. Instead, small early errors can be over-weighted and turned into broad conclusions about performance. The culture is extremely detail-focused to the point of being counterproductive, creating pressure during onboarding rather than supporting development. This approach seems to result in a cycle of hiring and quickly replacing people rather than building a stable, effective team. If you are looking for a thoughtful onboarding process, fair evaluation, or long-term stability, this is likely not the right environment. In hindsight, I regret choosing this opportunity over other options, as the experience did not match the level of professionalism or structure I expected.
