      Cons

      This company has a toxic work culture. Every day is torture for the employees here. There's no senior-level manager or CTO with whom we can discuss our problems or get technical issues resolved. We're forced to sit with our CEO, who tries to act like a CTO but doesn't have any development knowledge. There's so much more I could say, but I think you understand the situation.

      No significant concerns. As the company continues to grow and evolve, there are always opportunities to further enhance processes and collaboration. Overall, it is a great place to work and build a career.

      Great work environment, internal collaboration is great. Starting off my career with the company was a great choice as I got to upgrade my skills and had opportunities to grow up within the company as well.

      Cons

      The only con is that we have a co-working office right now.
