Can be difficult to find the right employees. It certainly takes special breed to work with customers involving their prized possessions in the bitter cold and muggy, stifling heat. There isn't always a problem solver you can call, you may have to take on some things that would normally be out of your lane. This can be difficult or fun depending on your point of view.

“Corporate” acts like they are involved in each and every wash but only get a distorted view from there 4 hr trip every couple of weeks or months, only to pick your store apart and make it seem like you hadn’t put 50 plus hours a week into the store. They act like it’s “your own store” to do the way you want but they love shutting ideas down more then excepting them. Finding employees is a challenge as most go into it thinking it’s just another hourly customer service job but it is the complete opposite. Training isn’t in there vocabulary, it’s sink or swim.
