Getting away from that toxic environment.
Cons
CEO and upper management are fake and don’t care about anything but themselves. People are unhappy and definitely under paid.Management is an embarrassment and they don’t care about their employees. There’s tons of gossip that comes from the top and it is unprofessional and uncomfortable to be around.
