      Pros

      The place had very nice people to work with however turnover was frequent and they were gone the next week after they got hired

      Cons

      The place was very disorganized and nursing turnover was great from assistant nursing aides to nurses themselves.there were no adequate orientation schedules to be followed therefore you were set up to fail.

      I wish I had at least one pro for how hard I worked, but I don't.

      Cons

      Terrible management, awful health insurance, and pay is less than average. Administrators and Corporate could care less about the care of residents. All the bad reviews are 100% true. Ensign literally only hires young, Morman guys who have 0 experience in healthcare. They even run facilities without having an Administrator's license. When state walks in, they hang up a random Admin's certificate, and tells staff to LIE who the real Admin is. It's so sad that the elderly are in the hands of people like this. *DO NOT WORK HERE*
