Great therapy staff, this whole team looks out for each other and never hesitates to lend a hand.

Some areas in the building are understaffed and this causes delays in treatment at times. However, the building is making constant efforts to resolve these problems.

I wish I had at least one pro for how hard I worked, but I don't.

Terrible management, awful health insurance, and pay is less than average. Administrators and Corporate could care less about the care of residents. All the bad reviews are 100% true. Ensign literally only hires young, Morman guys who have 0 experience in healthcare. They even run facilities without having an Administrator's license. When state walks in, they hang up a random Admin's certificate, and tells staff to LIE who the real Admin is. It's so sad that the elderly are in the hands of people like this. *DO NOT WORK HERE*
