1) Hired as retainer. They bluff you by not releasing the offer letter after selection but inform you in email on your take home amount and designation in email. When you receive the offer letter on doj, you will realise that you are hired as retainer (contractual) and no salary breakup is seen. 2) No PF, no bonus. They deduct 10% TDS from your salary which you need to claim when you file your ITR. 3) Extensive long working hours. This company makes u slog for more than 10 hrs every day. 4) No transportation facility. 5) Lots of micromanagement.
