      No billable hours or targets Founder is incredible mentor - very empathetic and inspiring Normal working hours Team are all friendly and get along Flexible work - from home or part time Very fun office - Dog-friendly in a co-working space Monthly wellbeing yoga/meditation Weekly gratitude sessions Diverse work and really nice clients All innovation is encouraged - we all bring ideas to the table True job security Industry leading in franchising/commercial - the firm and team members have won many awards

      Literally nothing... I didn't think I could be both a lawyer and have a happy and fulfilling life, but I do here and it's incredible.

      Supported, great team, flexibility, friendship, fun, learning opportunities

      Cons

      Initially I felt a bit disconnected because I worked remotely but that was addressed by having regular team catch ups and then covid hit and we were all working remotely!!
