      Pros

      LZ continues to be very fulfilling and enjoyable for me. My interest towards gaining more responsibility and improving my skillset are met with gratitude and planning from my managers. The culture is generally very friendly, productive and respectful

      Cons

      There are still some rough edges in terms of processes and development environment. Some inter-team interactions can be unproductive and slow as if they were not between members of the same company with the same shared vision. Although this has improved remarkably within the past two years

      Work life balance is actually great. The people you work with are smart and generally fun to work with

      Roadmap is very disorganized, you kind of have to assume you will work on any random project each day

      Good benefits and good culture

      Cons

      Very AI focused with constant fear of layoffs by employees (based on my experience). Pay isn’t great, especially given the current cost of living. Poor communication and planning regarding updates and project rollouts.
