      Pros

      Great company with great people to work for and with. Enjoyed my time with the company. The pay was above average for any sales job that I have worked. The company outings were always worth attending.

      Cons

      You can not make a mistake without harsh punishment. One mistake can mean an instant write up and/or cost you your commission check, depending on the violation, and then you will have that write up on your record for 6 months. During those 6 months you are disqualified from consideration for a promotion. 3 violations in 6 months and you're fired. FYI, it is very easy to make a simple mistake with this job.

Just as we take our sales jobs seriously, we take compliance seriously. Many of our team members stay with the Company for many years with great success, but it’s not for everyone.

      Work life balance is actually great. The people you work with are smart and generally fun to work with

      Roadmap is very disorganized, you kind of have to assume you will work on any random project each day
