      Pros

      LegalZoom is extremely focused on the well being of their employees, and gives employees the opportunity to maintain a solid work life balance while also keeping the job and culture fun and engaging. The other piece LegalZoom executes on is empowerment. They allow their leaders and team to take an active role in making business decisions, creating and scaling ideas, and assist in framing and building the overall healthy culture.

      Cons

      The only con that comes to mind is it can be a little challenging to make connections across the org(outside of your team and stakeholders) as a majority of the team works virtually, however, recently there has been a major push to create opportunities for individuals to connect in person or via zoom.

      Pros

      Work life balance is actually great. The people you work with are smart and generally fun to work with

      Cons

      Roadmap is very disorganized, you kind of have to assume you will work on any random project each day

      Good benefits and good culture

      Cons

      Very AI focused with constant fear of layoffs by employees (based on my experience). Pay isn’t great, especially given the current cost of living. Poor communication and planning regarding updates and project rollouts.
