Pros
Employees are great, though there can be high turnover. Flexible dress code.
Cons
Minimal opportunity for advancement. No cost of living raises. HR is very selective in determining what is and isn't a disability deserving of accommodation. LZ spends a lot of money on parties and occasional free food, but doesn't pay their underling employees a living wage.
