Uncaring and heading in the wrong direction - Management LegalZoom Employee Review

Everything. Upper management is clueless and operate the company at a loss. Unprofitable. No empathy or care shown for employees well being or future. I'd like to say they report to the bottom-line.....but operating at a loss doesn't even support a bottom-line mentality. Board of directors foolishly puts up with extremely poor leadership....no idea why. Previous leadership must be sick at how the new leadership has destroyed what was once a great company.
