The lack of experience shows as they don’t seem to be able to make up their mind on what the key priorities are without changing them after they’ve been communicated to everyone. Some leaders that have been here for a long time have climbed the ladder within this company and moved into new roles without integrity, by using every chance they get to speak ill of their peers and other members that they don’t consider important, within their department and across other functions to make themselves look good and operate in the I know everything fashion.
