Pros

Free milk and the occasional times they feed you for mandatory OT.

Cons

Management is terrible! Favoritism to the extreme. It's impossible to get promoted unless you're in with the top dogs of management. Plan on being stuck in the same stale position unless you're kissing someones butt. While I was employed, I watched numerous people get promoted without applying for the promotion, who weren't fit for the positions, but they were great butt kissers. Their management are great at doing drugs, but bad at leading their teams. Management even offered me drugs, and I'm not talking marijuana! Complaints were issued to HR, and HR just dismissed them. They want their employees to do all jobs (sales, retention, customer service) at one time, yet they get paid only to do one. Customer service gets paid bare minimum and has to do all jobs, whereas sales has one job, and gets paid more PLUS commission. Like I said.. STAY AWAY! Your work will not be appreciated! If you like being walked over and just another number, be my guest, apply! Oh and the benefits, suck.

Work life balance is actually great. The people you work with are smart and generally fun to work with

Cons

Roadmap is very disorganized, you kind of have to assume you will work on any random project each day
