This company has alot of growth and has an easy to work with crowd. I have worked in call centers in the past and the job is not that hard. They work with you in nearly everyway and are easy going. They even offer training so you can advance into new roles in the company.
Cons
Each level of the biz is not the same. Depending on the area you work in will determine the level of management.
