      Pros

      I have to say since working at Legalzoom it has been a breath of fresh air. It is the first place I’ve ever worked in 30 years. That is nontoxic nonjudgmental and no drama. The managers are amazing. The executive team is also amazing and truly appreciate. It’s employees.

      Cons

      I would say the only con I have for Legalzoom is that they tend to hold onto people that don’t pull their weight which can bring the team down.

      Work life balance is actually great. The people you work with are smart and generally fun to work with

      Roadmap is very disorganized, you kind of have to assume you will work on any random project each day

      Allows remote for the time being

      AI everywhere. It seems like a return to office mandate is right around the corner (no longer allowing new remote employees). Code quality doesn't seem important anymore, only how much you can get done with AI.
