I’ve really enjoyed my time at LegalZoom. I work with an incredible boss who is supportive, empowering, and genuinely cares about helping people grow. My team is one of the best parts of my job—smart, collaborative, and deeply committed to our mission of helping small business owners succeed. The work itself is meaningful and energizing. I’ve had the opportunity to take on interesting challenges, influence strategy, and see the direct results of our efforts. The culture overall is values-driven, people-focused, and encourages ownership and creativity.
Cons
That said, I think there’s still an opportunity for clearer alignment around our long-term goals—especially a more defined three-year vision that connects our day-to-day work to the company’s broader strategy. With that, LegalZoom could go from great to truly exceptional.
