It’s rewarding to know the systems we design genuinely help entrepreneurs succeed. • Strong engineering culture – The company has invested heavily in modernizing its platform. We’re moving from legacy monoliths to scalable event-driven systems, adopting Kotlin, Spring Boot, AWS, Kafka, and modern DevOps practices at scale.

      Cons

      • The transformation journey is still in progress. Balancing new platform development with maintaining legacy systems can be challenging, but it’s improving quickly as modernization accelerates.

      Roadmap is very disorganized, you kind of have to assume you will work on any random project each day

      Good benefits and good culture

      Cons

      Very AI focused with constant fear of layoffs by employees (based on my experience). Pay isn’t great, especially given the current cost of living. Poor communication and planning regarding updates and project rollouts.
