A lot of progress was made this year to revise the company mission, vision, strategic priorities and operating mechanisms which has led to both culture and performance improving. There’s a strong focus on innovation — especially around AI in combination with attorney supported products aimed at simplifying legal services. The culture is supportive, collaborative, and values-driven. Benefits are excellent, and there’s a strong sense of inclusion and respect.

Like any fast-moving company, priorities can shift quickly. It’s not the place for someone who prefers a slow pace or rigid roadmaps — but if you thrive in a dynamic environment, it’s exciting.
