      - Great, innovative product - Ambitious team - Great culture, tight-knit team, everyone is very friendly and wants each other to succeed - Good socials - You feel valued and are given recognition - Regular check-ins with managers, they want you to progress and help you get there -Genuinely the best company I have worked for

      Cons

      - Startup, so processes can change quickly - As with any sales job, it can be cut-throat when it comes to targets, have seen people be let go with little warning

      Ideal location. People who are passionate about the start up.

      Cons

      Start up culture is deeply flawed. Personal relationships in the office with employees underneath their managers clearly affect team relationships. As a uni student I was pigeon holed into an area and never given opportunities. Now working in a workplace with big profile clients and am respected for my hard work, analytical skills and dedication.
