      Great culture, fast progression and no bureaucracy with progression or promotion. Great and varied exposure for juniors which allows you to learn and develop quickly - lots of client facing work. A firm at the forefront of AI and legal tech, offers great exposure for lawyers who want to learn how to navigate the legal profession deals with and adapts to AI.

      Pay is fair, but not top tier rates.

      Pros

      Ideal location. People who are passionate about the start up.

      Cons

      Start up culture is deeply flawed. Personal relationships in the office with employees underneath their managers clearly affect team relationships. As a uni student I was pigeon holed into an area and never given opportunities. Now working in a workplace with big profile clients and am respected for my hard work, analytical skills and dedication.
