      Compensation: The salary is competitive. Work-Life Balance: The flexible scheduling is a major plus, allowing for a genuine balance between professional and personal life. Culture: The working environment is supportive, inclusive, and professional. Growth & Evolution: Having returned to the company recently, I’ve noticed that internal processes have significantly improved since 2021. The organization has clearly matured.

      Pros

      Supportive work environment, great culture and positive environment. You will learn something new every day and I truly look forward to coming to work. You get out of the job what you put in to the job here and it is uncapped commission structure!

      Cons

      The company is still working on implementing a 401k so that is not available yet. In terms of benefits though they offer everything else including medical, dental, vision, long / short term disability, life insurance and a great EAP program. Very generous PTO plan and flexible office hours.
